Helpful Notes

1. If you require any information on any of the products before ordering e mail carole@designer-pets.net and I will try to answer your questions.

2 .For a snug fit on all the clothes follow the measuring instructions before placing your order.
Always make sure you measure the length and add an extra 25 cm for the beds, a bed too small will not be comfortable for your pet, it is better to have it a little bigger so they have space to move.

3. For collars add an extra couple of cms to ensure the collar is not to tight.

4. We will do our best to supply the products within 72 hrs, but if not in-stock, you should have the product within 3 weeks as most of the items are imported and not available in Spain.

5. To ensure you receive your items safely and quickly make sure you give the correct address and postcode. The postcode is necessary for prompt delivery.

6. As we want to stock almost everything you need for your pet, we cannot keep all sizes in stock. Should you require a size tat is not shown, please send an email to carole@designer-pets.net and we will confirm availability and delivery timescale

In the event when you are not completely satisfied a full refund is offered less 15% admin charge. No postage will be refunded . In the event that the product is not working a replacement will be sent as soon as the item is returned.
Designer – pets except no responsibility for items lost in the post we will do out best to track the item for you.
